FH Strength Challenge Events

The 2024 FH Strength Challenge is based on functional and varied exercises that challenge our strength and endurance. If you're a FH member you've been training for this day! It’s your choice to compete in all or any event! 

Please sign up by May 1st! We encourage StarWars attire! The Challenge begins at 9am.

You get to pick one or all events to participate in. We recommend going for a min of 4 events;). 

• $20 registration before April 29
• $30 registration April 29-May 3rd

• Event 1: Hand Release Push Ups (Max Reps in 2 Minutes) OR BB Bench Press 1 Rep Max 
• Event 2: Barbell Back Squat - 1 Rep Max (Dbl Racked Front Squat, or Goblet Squat)
• Event 3: BB OH Press - 1 Rep Max OR Double Kettlebell Overhead Press - 1 Rep Max 
• Event 4: 1 mile Run OR 2K Row
• Event 5: Simple and Sinister Test
