Join Hillary Bickel, yoga instructor and life coach, with her daughter, Lily, for a fun, creative movement session. We will be practicing yoga and mixing in some dance moves. This is a beginner class with no age limit for the kiddos as long as they can participate for 30 minutes.
Expect some Disney music.
