The Details:

Spring is in the air and it can be a wonderful time of year to focus on refreshing and renewing in your life. Agency Over Avoidance is an interactive workshop exploring how habit loops shape behavior and why avoidance can become a reinforced pattern. Led by ADHD coach Frances Coppa, this session will focus on understanding what your brain is doing when you avoid the things you care about and how small, practical shifts can help you build greater consistency. This workshop is designed to help you work with your brain, not against it. Open to members and non members. Registration required.
